🎄Friend-mas Picnic🍾🥂🌱

🎄Christmas is a difficult time for many...some live away from their families & some have fallen out with them over choosing to be vegan.💔 For the last 3 years I have hosted a potluck picnic so you don't have to be alone on Christmas day. But this year I plan to bring the food & ask you to show up with some cold drinks...it will be a hot day🥵

There will be A TON of food!!! This is what I am thinking....

• 🥔Crispy roasted potatoes pesto salad

• 🌯Either wraps or tacos🌮

• 🍔Burgers

• 🍢Chicken satay skewers

• 🥟Gyoza

• 🍡Vegie skewers w/cucumber raita🥒

• 🧆Ikea vegie balls on a pastry crust

• 🥔Chips (not fries)

• 🍨Mochi for dessert…still looking for them

• 🧋Chilled rose milk (very popular in Indian summer)

• Anything else I can find.....

• & yes ALL VEGAN🌱
